GEODE 0.7.1 | Hares
It is with great sorrow we say goodbye to Little Rock Dude (for now). Introducing the first official Enemy type, the Hare!
Springing its way through the forest, you'll find these (not so small) creatures roaming around. They may look friendly, but don't get too close, they'll attack! At night, prepare to defend your Core against these rabid creatures, which have some new properties as well...

MAJOR CHANGES
- Hare enemy added!
- Enemy Pathfinding + Attacking major improvements
- Blue and Green crystals swapped. ( Green is now Health, Blue is Range)
- Can now dismantle structures via the inspection menu
- Player now regenerates health slowly after not taking damage for a few seconds
- Can now heal structures by hitting them with the Hammer. (Still zero use for the shovel)
MINOR CHANGES
- Only the host spawns with the Core
- Grass by rocks and trees now appears properly
- Enemy sprites now flip based on direction moving
- Descriptions of some towers + items updated
- Shadows can now change shape, animations can have shadows
- Inspection Menu moved to bottom right (may change), grows properly depending on inspected object
- All damage numbers rounded to integers
- Crafting menu now lights up ingredient slots when you have enough of that material.
- When inspecting a tower, now have a range indicator.
- Floor Loot now bounces onto the floor, and vaccums into player inventory
- Visual Effects when hitting a tree or rock, as well as healing a tower.
BUGFIXES
- Can no longer place core while in loading screen
- Stacking the same upgrade item should always work after having it in the inspection menu
- Inspection Menu Upgrades now update more accurately (not perfect, see below)
- No longer possible for multiple players to pick up an item at the same time, effectively duplicating it
KNOWN ISSUES
- When clients place a structure that would empty the hotbar slot, the "Holding" item does not properly clear. This is a purely visual bug.
- Inspection Menu: Placing an upgrade works as intended, fills in slots from left to right. However removing an upgrade causes the Slots to update incorrectly, the upgrades still exist, its a purely visual bug.
- Currently no attack animation for the Hare, but will come later down the line.
